Il Southampton è alla ricerca di un candidato con un eseprienza minimo nel settore di due anni, buona conoscenza dei programmi di M & E e una forte consapevolezza dei programmi di coinvolgimento della comunità all’interno di questo settore specifico. Il candiato dovrà avere delle ottime doti organizzative e di management, inoltre si lavorerà a stretto contatto con i partner e si dovrà coinvolgere la gente nei progetti che sovrintendono.

What is the role?

The Enterprise & Schools Senior Project Officer will work in accordance with the guidelines set out by funding partners and objectives set by the Saints Foundation to manage the delivery of existing and future Enterprise & Schools themed funded projects; within both Primary and Secondary School settings. This role will have the responsibility of providing support, advice and guidance to all project officers within the programmes.

This exciting Enterprise & Schools Senior Project Officer role will include liaising with the Premier League and ensuring monitoring and evaluating is within the needs of each funder. You will oversee a number of school based programmes which are a crucial part of the Foundation’s objective to fulfil potential in young people. Capturing success stories is an important part of this role and there will be opportunities to identify service gaps within existing Enterprise & Schools provision and approach potential partners/funders.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of two years’ experience within the industry, good knowledge of M&E programmes and a strong awareness of community engagement programmes within this specific area. You need to be an exceptional organiser, a strong line manager, with the ability to work closely with partners and engage people into the projects you oversee.

The competencies which are required for this Enterprise & Schools Senior Project Officer role include:

Experience Essential
• Knowledge of PLCF and PLPFA funded projects.
• A knowledge of M&E programmes relevant to the industry sector.
• A strong knowledge of community engagement programmes specifically tailored to the provision of Enterprise & Secondary/Primary Schools.
• Experience in Line Management of full-time and casual staff members.
• Ability to engage with hard to reach groups.
• Have a good understanding of the key Education providers in Southampton and be able to maintain strong partnerships with main project stakeholders.

Qualifications (incl. certifications) Essential
• FA coaching qualification.
• Educated to degree level or have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the industry sector.

Skills Essential
• Good communication and organisation skills.
• Ability to organise and motivate team members.
• Confident and outgoing personality.
• Aims to support and improve staff members.
• Positive Attitude.
